X-raying the visual report that the hoodlums have returned the stolen staff of office of Akiolu, Oba  of Lagos.

TBT, based on the above critical scrutiny which differentiated the two staff of office. This unquestionably connotes that the staff of office was never returned.

It either means that a copy was made or otherwise it was never returned.
