INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu Speaks on Joining Presidential Race (Details)

The INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu have reacted to reports dragging him into the 2023 presidential poll.

According to reports gathered by Throwback Times, INEC Chairman via his twitter handle has said that he will never join the presidential race that the commission, INEC is only committed to conducting a credible free and fair election.

2023 Presidential Election have generated alot of controversy online as many have bought the nomination form tagged with exorbitant amount of money.

The ruling party form, APC sold at 100 million Naira while the major opposition party, PDP nomination form sold at 40 million Naira.  So far 25 People have bought ruling Party's nomination form while 17 have bought PDP nomination form. Meanwhile party primaries are expected to hold this month.
